& SAMPLING
VS PACKAGING INDUSTRIES operate with the very latest design tools, software and expertise turning your ideas into reality with the latest CAD plotting table offering you exceptional samples in any shape, size and material. Our environmentally friendly ‘computer direct to plate’ system enables us to transfer digital information accurately, meaning not only optimal sharpness and superior detailing but also longer lasting plates on the printing presses. Every job is checked by our colour pilot control system to ensure your prints remain true to your corporate colours, whether it be a one off job or year on year print runs. RAPID
& PRODUCTION
Our production turnaround times are impressive to say the least, helped in no small part by our recent multi-million pound investment in a high specification state-of-the-art KBA Rapida 106 press, featuring seven printing units and two coaters. During production, automated loading and unloading coupled with in-line inspection eliminates the need for human intervention and speeds up the production process, providing further opportunity to check colour accuracy against your brand guidelines. Our machines produce dry prints, further speeding up production.
DIE-CUTTING
Our in-house die-cutter, the BOBST EXPERTCUT SP106PER, is equipped with ground-breaking technology to maximise productivity and reduce waste. With this machine we are able to die-cut virtually any material to shape with a bespoke tool designed in-house on our very own CAD system.

WINDOW PATCHING
In order to apply a visual facility or plastic membranes, we operate with a Heiber & Schroder WPS1100-2 window patching and lining machine — for converting two lines of production at high speed. It is also capable of preparing glue stencils off the machine.
By having the capacity to apply window patching and all other processes all within our own factory, Printpak can eliminate crucial days in the supply process and speed up delivery to you.
FOLDING & GLUING
Our precise folding and gluing machines allow us to produce a broad spectrum of sophisticated and premium folding cartons in a highly economical way. With superb processing quality and short make-ready times we produce consistently high quality cartons with impressive turnaround times.
The BOBST MASTERFOLD 110 is our multi-purpose folder gluer of choice, handling a wide selection of substrates and styles. This 25 metre machine guarantees quality assurance and is equipped with three squaring devices, hot or cold glue application and the longest stacker in the UK. It handles the most difficult of shapes, folds and materials with ease!
DELIVERY & WAREHOUSING
As part of our integrated service, we offer standard next-day delivery across the UK for all stocked items and can accommodate a same day delivery service for urgent requests. We operate a call-off system in our own dedicated warehouse facilities, allowing us to store your printed cartons until you need them. This means you can benefit from bulk ordering prices but with minimum delivery quantities if you don’t have the capacity for self storage.
